<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image picking up method and image picking up device which further shortens an image fetching cycle time of twice which obtains a pick-up image with no flickers. <P>SOLUTION: This image picking up device for displaying two predetermined types of reference images on a display screen time sequentially and sequentially picking up first and second display images obtained by respectively superposing and displaying the reference images is provided with an image pickup element 102 for picking up the display screen, a pickup start switch 103 for inputting a pickup start signal for starting to pick up the display screen, a synchronizing signal detecting means 106 for detecting a vertical synchronizing signal of the display screen, and a determining means 108 for determining the reading timing operation of a first display image signal on the basis of a vertical synchronizing signal after the elapse of an NxTv (N: natural number, Tv: 1 vertical synchronous period) period detected by the synchronizing signal detecting means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
