<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire guide control handle which has a simple structure for holding, controlling, and moving a wire guide. <P>SOLUTION: This wire guide control handle comprises a slender member 12 which stores a wire guide 11 inside and has passage parts 15, 17 extended in the axial direction and a slide 13 which is slidably placed in the passage parts 15, 17 and has a surface 42 to fix and hold the wire guide 11 inside the passage part 17 which has a surface 43 to support the wire guide 11.
