<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control device that is high in reliability by suppressing an increase in di/dt and low in price. <P>SOLUTION: The motor control device comprises a motor 2, a triac 3 that is a switching circuit for energizing/non-energizing the motor by turning on/off a current from an AC power supply 1, a zero-cross detection means 4 that detects the zero-cross voltage of the AC power supply, and a control means 5 that turns on/off the triac according to the zero-cross voltage of the AC power supply detected by the zero-cross detection means. The device controls both an input and an output or either the input or the output of the motor by changing the ratio of the energizing time, and the non-energizing time of the AC power supply that feeds power to the motor. The control means 5 sets large and small phase angles relative to a fixed phase angle determined for obtaining desired input and output voltages of the motor, and a mean phase angle obtained by combining the large and small phase angles is phase-controlled so as to be the fixed phase angle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
