<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve reduction of internal interference and electromagnetic noise of an optical transmitting and receiving apparatus with simple configuration and to attain miniaturization of the apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The optical transmitting and receiving apparatus is constituted by providing at least with a substrate for transmission, a substrate for reception which is arranged spatially remote from the substrate for transmission and an optical reflection member having electrical conductivity at a part of an optical system. The electrically conductive reflection member is arranged in a space held by a substrate face for transmission and a substrate face for reception therebetween and is connected with a circuit wiring of at least one among the substrate for transmission and the substrate for reception. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
