PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a three-dimensional light emitting plate and the three-dimensional light emitting plate for broadening application field by three-dimensionally working electroluminescence, and use the result to three-dimensional eye and nose of a mask, doll, stuffed animal, or the like, and to a three-dimensional signboard. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the three-dimensional light emitting plate includes a manufacturing process of the electroluminescence for manufacturing a sheet-shaped electroluminescence having an aluminum film formed by deposition or conductive ink, a three-dimensional working process for working the sheet-shaped electroluminescence manufactured in the manufacturing process of the electroluminescence in a three-dimensional shape by hot forming, and a printing process for printing on a surface of the three-dimensional electroluminescence after the three-dimensional working process by a printer such as an ink jet type.
