PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifouling joint structure which is excellent in strain resistance and water absorption proofness, and to provide a joint member treatment agent which is useful to the manufacturing of the joint structure. SOLUTION: The surface of the antifouling joint structure is rendered photocatalyst-active and/or hydrophilic, and the interior inner than the vicinity of the surface is rendered water-repellent.
