PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate removal of refuse floating on floats in a netting location. SOLUTION: In a netting location 10 where a netting body 20 connected to a plurality of floats 30 is set afloat on water surface 61, a lifting means 50 stretched between two ends of a netting body 20 between a pair of posts 41, 42 to lift and lower one end of the body 20. A pulley 54 is mounted to one end of the netting body 20 in the lifting means 50, a winch side rope 52 is hung over the pulley 54. One end side of the winch side rope 52 is made possible to wind up/off by the winch 51 and a ring shaped part 53 is formed at the other end part of the winch side rope 52. A balancer 55 which can always pulls up a detachable hook 57 is disposed in the ring-shaped part 53. When the winch side rope 52 is wound up by the winch 51, the ring shaped part 53 is temporarily fixed to a specified position. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
