PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel connecting structure that reduces the number of part items thereby reducing assembly man-hours and costs. SOLUTION: A ceiling panel 12 is provided with an integral projecting part 25 which projects toward a wall panel 11. The wall panel 11 is provided with a position control part 18. The position control part 18 is provided to be located outside the projecting part 25. The wall panel 11 and the ceiling panel 12 are interconnected by causing the projecting part 25 of the ceiling panel 12 to be received inside the position control part 18 of the wall panel 11.
