PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fluidity improver for an ABS resin, having improved melt fluidity without impairing excellent properties which the ABS resin essentially has and an ABS resin-based thermoplastic resin composition using the fluidity improver and to provide a method for producing the fluidity improver for the ABS resin. SOLUTION: The fluidity improver for the ABS resin comprises a polymer component (A) incompatible with the ABS resin and a polymer component (B) having compatibility with or affinity for the ABS resin. At least a part of the polymer component (A) and at least a part of the polymer component (B) form a block or a graft polymer and the fluidity improver has 5,000-100,000 mass-average molecular weight.
