PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle equipment mounting structure allowing mounting in a vehicle room in a free size without depending on an existing dimension and replacement with a marketed product as desired, not limited to genuine acoustic equipment. SOLUTION: The structure comprises a supporting bar 10 to be mounted extending to a top surface of the vehicle room and a mounting bracket 20 to be mounted on the supporting bar 10 and arranged on the top surface of the vehicle room. The on-vehicle acoustic equipment is detachably mounted on the mounting bracket 20. The supporting bar 10 consists of a pair of first bars 11 extending in parallel to the longitudinal direction along the top surface of the vehicle room, a second bar 12 extending to the upper part of a front glass 2 in the vehicle room for supporting the first bar 1 at one end connected thereto and a third bar 13 extending in parallel to the second bar 12 between center pillars 5 on the top surface of the vehicle room for supporting the first bar 11 at the other end connected thereto. The second bar 12 and the third bar 13 are fixed in the vehicle room and the mounting bracket 20 is mounted on the first bar 11. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
