PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angle guide with which a guide pin is inserted by an easy technique and an X-ray exposure dose is minimized. SOLUTION: A T-shaped member 3 of the angle guide 1 houses a positioning pin 2 at a leg part 3a of a prescribed length suited to the shape of a bone caput 7 and houses a rod 4 in a head cylinder 3c in a slidable manner. The rod 4 is made of an X-ray transmitting material and has a guide holding arm 5 fixed to its terminal end. A pin guide member 6 is held at the cylinder 5c of the arm 5 in a slidable manner. The pin 2 is inserted to the center of the bone caput 7 to cause the pin guide member 6 to abut on the top 9 of a diaphysis to insert the guide pin 8 to the bone caput along a pin insertion hole 6b. Then, it is possible to automatically insert the guide pin at a fixed angle in the direction of a front surface to nearly the center position of the bone caput 7 in the direction of a side face while an X-ray fluoroscope is fixed in the direction of the front surface.
