PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair fixing structure capable of fixing a wheelchair which is moved to a driver's seat position. SOLUTION: A U-shaped front part striker 23 is provided on the frame front end of the wheelchair. A lock mechanism 81 is provided on the front end of a rail 32 on a car body floor and a casing 91 is provided with a notched part 92 opened to a vehicle rear part R. A latch mechanism 93 is provided inside the casing 91 and the latch mechanism 93 is provided with a latch for locking the front part striker 23 of the wheelchair guided by the notched part 92. The levers 101 of both latches are connected by a connection plate 102, the connection plate 102 is connected to the unlocking lever of a console box arranged at a driver's seat position side part through the wire 104 of a cable 103, and the lock state of the front part striker 23 by the latch is made releasable.
