PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily producing carbon dioxide dissolved warm water suitable when used for partial baths such as a foot bath. SOLUTION: The carbon dioxide dissolved warm water of 30 to 50°C is produced by mixing high concentration carbon dioxide dissolved water of a carbon dioxide concentration equal to or higher than a saturated concentration under the atmospheric pressure at a water temperature equal to or below a room temperature with warm water whose temperature is higher than the high concentration carbon dioxide dissolved water by the ratio of 1:1 to 1:10.
