PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein separate feeding costs much labor, and a batch feeding requires a large scale as a fixed installation, lacks mobility at a field or a consolidating point, and is inefficient in a conventional feeding and conveying device of a machine for preparing a bulb crop which has a right and left pair of belt-conveyors attached to the most front parts of a machine body, and in which bulb crops are separately fed from the tip parts of the conveyors by arranging the stem downward, or which has means for feeding them in batch wise by combining a batch-wise feeding device. SOLUTION: The machine for preparing the bulb crops has a helical feeding device having a helical conveying device installed in a hopper, integrally and continuously installed in the most front part of the machine body, and an arranging and conveying device comprising arranging rollers with blush parts rotating in the inner direction so as to form a right and left pair installed so that the helical conveying device may be overlapped and continued so as to form an integrated structure. As a result, the machine is miniaturized, and feeding operability under traveling or at a fixed position is improved by compulsorily arranging the stems downward by the arranging roller with the blush regardless of the directions of the stems of the bulb crops fed in the batch wise.
