PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which a remote computer system is used by operations as few as possible using an electronic mail. SOLUTION: By this method, scripts which define series of commands meeting the application purpose of a computer system and a abbreviated command expressed by short strings indicating scripts are defined, and the computer system is made to use by the abbreviated command.
