PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate customization in response to input purpose for various kinds of work for a user, to simplify an input operation for the user, and to reduce manhours for development of an application program. SOLUTION: A CPU 2 selects a set content of each item by an inquiry format according to a setting item set in an "input-of-expense" form, out of various kinds of input forms set within a form control table 71 stored preliminarily in a storage unit 7, in inquiry processing, updates the set content of the input form based on a selected result of the each item, and customization-sets thereby an execution program such as an electricity rate disbursement processing program, a consumable expense disbursement processing program and an entertainment expense disbursement processing program using an expense disbursement processing program as an original program.
