Snow stick has sliding handle with pusher to release lock and allow positional adjustment

The snow stick has a longitudinal tube with a handle (2) and a pointed lower end. The handle is adjustable along the stick and has a lock to hold it in the selected position. The lock (14) has an elastic arm with a surface to release the stick when the user operates an actuator pusher (15) to allow sliding of the handle. The locking surface automatically engages the stick when the pusher is released.
