<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmental assessment system capable of easily and quickly estimating influence of a project to the area environment by using data easy to be acquired. <P>SOLUTION: This environmental assessment system K is provided with a vegetation map data memory means 11, a project plan input requesting means 22, a division area setting means 34 for generating a plurality of divided areas 93a as a unit when computing an environmental assessment value in relation to the predetermined environmental assessment index in the reference map data 92, and an environmental assessment value computing means 43 for computing the environmental assessment value in the divided areas by using an assorted assessment value computing expression previously set per each sort of vegetation and per each sort of creation and an overall expression for synthesizing the assorted environmental assessment value computed by the assorted evaluation value computing expression. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
