PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ink feeding mechanism for an inkjet printer in which ink of the same color is fed continuously for a long time to each of a plurality of inkjet heads. SOLUTION: The ink feeding mechanism for an inkjet printer comprising two or more replaceable cartridges 50 each provided with a pack 52 containing ink of the same color comprises a sequence control means 80 which repeats a step for feeding ink of the same color from the pack 52 of any one cartridge continuously to each of the plurality of inkjet heads 10, and for feeding ink of the same color from the pack 52 of a next cartridge continuously to each of the plurality of inkjet heads 10 when the ink level in the pack 52 of the any one cartridge becomes zero or approaches to zero.
