EXHAUST SYSTEM LUBRICANT STAINLESS STEEL PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust system lubricant stainless steel plate which does not erroneously actuate a combustion control sensor even when a lubricant coating film is broken by the high temperature of an exhaust system. SOLUTION: The surface of a stainless steel plate is coated with a chromate film of 5-15 mg/m2. A lubricant coating layer containing 10-20 mass% of a polyolefin wax 1-4μm in particle size is formed on the chromate film, and the hardness of the coating film of the lubricant coating layer is at least 20 HU (universal hardness).
