PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a new way to enjoy cycling and new business by adding an ecological, economical and simple visual information transmission function to a bicycle. SOLUTION: The bicycle becomes to have a new function as a public information medium by carrying various pieces of visual information on a public information board 1 in various ways and securing the board 1 to a side face of the bicycle.
