PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain unburned gas from discharging from an internal combustion engine when the internal combustion engine is varied from "predefined idling operating condition" to "temporary operation stopping condition" during operation of the internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: The internal combustion engine 15 is provided with a fuel injection valve 42 which is adapted to be capable of supplying to a combustion chamber 28 by injecting fuel 39 which is pressurized by actuating a fuel pump 41, an ignition plug 44 of which a discharge part faces the combustion chamber 28, an idling sensor 70 to which electric power is supplied from a battery 51 and which detects if the internal combustion engine 15 is in "the predefined idling operating condition, and a control device 64 to which the electric power is supplied from the battery 51 and which causes the internal combustion engine 15 to become "temporary operation stopping condition" by stopping actuating the fuel injection valve 42 based on detected signal of the idling sensor 70. The internal combustion engine is configured so as to stop discharging the ignition plug 44 based on the detected signal of the idling sensor 70 after passing predefined period therefrom when stopping actuating the fuel injection valve 42.
