SOLUTION: The hair grower or the epilation inhibitor comprises 5 species of amino acids: 10-40 wt.% L arginine, 10-40 wt.% L-glutamine, 5-20 wt.% L valine and 8-30 wt.% L-isoleucine and 10-35 wt.% L-leucine.
