PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interlayer film for laminated glass which can give the laminated glass only by a vacuum press method, for example, using a vacuum bag without needing an autoclave at the time of manufacturing the laminated glass, and has various performance, such as excellent transparency, weather resistance, penetration resistance, the absorption property of impact energy and proper adhesive strength to a glass plate and the interlayer film, which are necessary as the laminated glass, and to provide the laminated glass using the interlayer film. SOLUTION: The interlayer film has at least one layer of a polyvinyl acetal-based resin layer obtained by film-forming a plasticized polyvinyl acetal-based resin and the ratio of hydroxy group having the chain length of≤2 and present in the polyvinyl acetal resin is≥90 mol% per total hydroxy group. In the interlayer film, the polyvinyl acetal-based resin is polyvinyl butylal resin and the polyvinyl acetal-based resin layer exists in the outermost layer. The laminated glass is formed by interposing the interlayer film at least between a pair of the glass plates to be integrated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
