PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift with a loading platform also serving as a carriage in which the loading platform can be rotated around a rotary shaft so that workers can unload freights from the lift through front and that the fall of freights or workers can be prevented, furthermore the platform itself serves as a carriage. SOLUTION: A rotated shaft I and a rotating shaft H are provided to rotate the loading space E. A motor M is attached to the rotated shaft and the loading platform is controlled by a wire rope N connected to the motor using pulleys K, L. In order to use the loading platform as a carriage, wheels F are attached to a pedestal part E' and the loading platform is separated from the lift. The lift uses U-shaped steel material so-called C-shaped steel material, and moves the loading platform up and down by the pulleys. The rotated shaft and the rotating fixed shaft are combined by a steel pipe shape, and a roller C entering the steel material is attached to the back of the loading space which can be separated after the rotation by the shaft.
