PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening cutter and opener for a specimen container, which can suppress the contamination of a specimen more effectively than usual. SOLUTION: The opening cutter has a synthetic resin cutter 3 for breaking a stopper of the specimen container 1 to open it, and is disposed of every times when used for opening the container 1.
