<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print system of which the function of use limit makes a user grasp the number of remaining printable sheets and conveys a message, regarding what time print restrictions will be imposed to the user, thus making the user aware of wasteful paper output at all times. <P>SOLUTION: An authentication server 15 retains an authentication table (not shown), confirms a condition based on transmitted information (S12;Y), and then issues a print permission for the user to a print restriction server 20. The print restriction server 20 stores (S13) designated user information, in a print information table (not shown), concurrently outputs the designated user information to a local storage device of the print restriction server 20 as a log (S14), and notifies a PC of a print permission notification (S15).
