<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building facility maintenance system by which low-cost and highly reliable maintenance service for a building facility or system is available. <P>SOLUTION: The building facility maintenance system is provided with a maintenance support center on a network and comprises: a means for inviting participants for an educational course for building facility maintenance aiming at granting qualification for maintenance personnel for the building facility at the center; a means for selling educational materials, including maintenance software including an education volume and a practice volume for education; a means for providing ID information to at least personnel being granted the qualification for the maintenance personnel; and a means for conducting ID discrimination by the ID information for permitting the use of the software in the practice volume out of the maintenance software at the provider of the maintenance software. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
