<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system of charging satisfying both a user and a maintenance agency of equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The agency who provides maintenance service of the equipment 15 quantifires productivity of the equipment 15 in charging period and compares the quantified productivity with a productivity reference value determined by the same standard.
