<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fraudulency preventive monitoring system for casino chips for preventing fraudulency with the use of forged casino chips by always monitoring bets of casino chips in a roulette game. <P>SOLUTION: In this system, each casino chip having a fraudulency detecting means provided with ID information unique to a casino is used, and the ID information of all the bet casino chips is always read and monitored by an ID reader installed at the rear face of a layout field. Further, the quantity of all the bet casino chips is counted by a measuring device installed at the rear face of the layout field, and the counted quantity is compared with the quantity of casino chips obtained from the ID information. When the quantities differ, it is determined that fraudulency was committed by using forged casino chips, and a dealer is notified to prevent fraudulency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
