<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncontact card type information storage medium capable of coping with the case where systems requiring different communication distances exist mixedly in the same space, and changing the communication distance by a simple processing in the case of a microstrip antenna even when the communicable distance is required to be changed, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: This card type information storage medium 9 having an information communication function and an information storage function utilizing a plurality of different frequency bands is equipped with antennas 11, 13 operable in the frequency bands respectively. Each antenna 11, 13 is connected to IC chips 10, 12.
