<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marker lamp for vehicle in which a light emitting area at lighting of a lighting fixture can be secured sufficiently even in the case where a light chamber is compactly constituted. <P>SOLUTION: An auxiliary light emitting part 20 is arranged so as to be adjacently to a tail and stop lamp 12 having a red color appearance which is a lighting fixture functional color. This auxiliary light emitting part 20 is constituted to be provided with a colorless transparent light guide plate 52, and a plurality of red color light emitting diodes 50 arranged to make a light incident into this light guide plate 52, and when the tail and stop lamp 12 is lighted, the light guide plate 52 is made to emit light by means of the incident light from the plurality of light emitting diodes 50. By this, at the non-lighting of the lighting fixture, the area of the part having the red color appearance on a vehicle body surface is suppressed to be smaller, while at the lighting of the lighting fixture, not only the light chamber 44 part of the tail and stop lamp 12 is made to look shiny in the red color but also the light guiding plate 52 of the auxiliary light emitting part 20 is also made to look shiny in the red color, and the light emitting area is increased as much as that portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
