<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple apparatus and a method for removing in-pipe foreign materials, which can efficiently remove in-pipe foreign materials provided with a plurality of water ejection ports. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus 10 for removing in-pipe foreign materials is used for cleaning the inside of the pipe and includes a means for supplying a pressurized fluid to the pipe and a cleaning cord 13, which is longer than at least a length from the means for supplying the pressurized fluid to the pipe till the water ejection ports 21 of the pipe.
