PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat with a speaker by which an attachment configuration is simplified, and the cost is reduced. SOLUTION: A through-hole 11 with an area smaller than that of a flange part 9 which is formed in the circumference of the speaker cone 7 of the speaker 5 is formed at the desired position of a skin member 3 in the seat 1 which is constituted by enclosing the outer periphery of a cushion material 2 with the skin member 3. The fixing side engagement parts 16 of a fixing member 15 positioned in the upholstery member 3 at the front side 13 of the through-hole 11 are engaged with main body side engagement parts 10 arranged in the flange part 9. Then the speaker 5 is attached by holding the skin member 3 between the flange part 9 and the fixing member 15. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
