PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently distribute a load to be imposed on a server which provides information, and to suppress the increase of costs required for introducing a new facility or for controlling and managing a facility. SOLUTION: This contents distributing method comprises a procedure for managing updated contents as a library as a batch, a procedure for deciding a receiver at the transfer destination of the library, a procedure for transferring the library from a transmitter to the decided specific receiver, a procedure for generating first event information, and for noticing it to the transmitter when the library of the transmitter is received by each receiving device, a procedure for developing and managing the contents of the library received by each receiving device, a procedure for deciding another receiver being the retransfer destination of the information of the library received by each receiving device, a procedure for transferring the information of the library from a first receiving device which receives the information of the library to a second receiving device being the retransfer destination and a procedure for noticing second event information to the transfer origin and the transmitter when the library is received by each receiving device from another receiver.
