PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a system change to be followed without installing a program for a measurement monitoring display side when a system is changed, and to continue a measured value to be displayed even during a trouble of a remote monitoring device, in a measurement monitoring display for monitoring-displaying the measured value collected from a measuring terminal by telegram by the remote monitoring device in a remote monitoring control system. SOLUTION: One cycle of a response telegram is learned and stored to prepare a sequence list, the newest measured value is record-updated in a measuring sequence list line where an address and a measuring element of a response telegram input thereafter are consistent, and is displayed. Learning for the sequence list preparation is stored newly when the address or the like is not consistent. A measured data requiring telegram is transmitted as a substitute for using the remote monitoring device, based on an address or the like of a communication sequence list, during the trouble of the remote monitoring device, so as to continue collection display for a measured data.
