PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact space-saving chemical analyzer preventing the mutual contamination of a sample and a reagent, and dispensing with the incidental equipment such as a water purifying device by reducing the use of the pure water. SOLUTION: This chemical analyzer comprising a reaction vessel holder holding a plurality of reaction vessels for supplying the sample and the reagent at a predetermined position, and a measuring means for measuring the properties of the sample, comprises a plurality of reagent vessels, liquid supplying means respectively mounted at lower parts of the reagent vessels corresponding to the reagent vessels, and at least one acoustic wave generating means mounted at an outer part of the reaction vessels and generating the acoustic wave toward the reaction vessels. The analyzer further comprises storage vessels corresponding to a contamination state of the cleaning liquid to recycle the cleaning liquid in accordance with the contamination state of the reaction vessel.
