PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature adjusting device for a tank vessel capable of adjusting temperature of, in particular, a plurality of tank vessels together without requiring facility cost and maintenance cost and corresponding to subtle temperature control of the tank vessels. SOLUTION: In this temperature adjusting device for the tank vessel including a temperature adjusting element having temperature adjusting medium for heating or cooling and provided in the tank vessel, a temperature adjusting mechanism setting temperature of the temperature adjusting medium to predetermined temperature, and a temperature adjusting medium flow passage connecting the temperature adjusting mechanism with the temperature adjusting element, a flow passage for circulating the temperature adjusting medium is provided furthermore.
