PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a branch line device without production and flying of powdery shavings in cutting a branch hole and capable of easily providing close connecting branch constitution and a branch line structure. SOLUTION: The branch line device is constituted by furnishing a branch part 5 and a gripping part 8 on a saddle main body 1 having a cutting guide 2 inside so as to communicate it through the cutting guide 2, a bottomed cylindrical cutter 3 forming an objective open head end side on a cutting blade 3a and forming its inside on a storage part 3c at a rear bottom part free to slide on the cutting guide 2, pressing a head end of a screw rod 4 screwed in a guide screw provided on a rear wall of the cutting guide 2 of the saddle main body 1 on the bottom part of the cutter 3, cutting and opening 14a a part of a main pipe branch part 14 gripped and fixed at the gripping part 8 by advancing the cutter 3 forward by making the screw rod 4 screw forward , introducing and storing a cutting block 14b to and in a storage part 3c of the cutter 3 in a cutting process and it is constituted to fix it in a state of laying and confining it on a front wall.
