PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid pump device easy in maintenance. SOLUTION: A pump mechanism P operated by rotation of rotary shafts 19 and 20 and an electric motor M for rotatably driving the rotary shafts 19 and 20 of the pump mechanism P, are housed in housings H1 to H3. A hexagonal hole 41a engageable with a hexagonal wrench is arranged in an output shaft 41 of the electric motor M. A tool inserting hole 43 for permitting to insert the hexagonal wrench prepared outside the housings H1 to H3 into the motor housing H3, is formed in a position opposed to the hexagonal hole 41a of the output shaft 41 in the motor housing H3. The rotary shafts 19 and 20 of the pump mechanism P are rotated by rotating the hexagonal wrench in a state of engaging with the hexagonal hole 41a of the output shaft 41 in maintenance.
