PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flush water supply device capable of securing a sufficient amount of flush water for a bowl to a syphon jet type flush toilet, from the start of supply of jet flush water to the end of syphon phenomenon, by supplying the flush water for the bowl by use of the supply pressure of a water pipe, the flush toilet supplying the flush water by means of the head pressure of water in a low tank in which the jet flush water is retained. SOLUTION: The flush water supply device for a flush toilet includes a bowl flush water selector valve in communication with the water pipe; the low tank having a water outlet in its bottom where the jet flush water is retained; a drain valve which opens and closes the outlet; a drain valve operating actuator for operating the drain valve to open or close it; a control means for controlling the selector valve and the actuator; and a ball tap. A water supply delaying means is provided which starts the supply of water from the ball tap into the low tank with a delay after the drain valve opens. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
