PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trim operation lever device of a small surface boat for quickly swinging a nozzle by finishing an operation frequency of a left hand for swinging the nozzle in two times. SOLUTION: This trim operation lever device 23 can return the nozzle to the ordinary direction when releasing a grip by swinging the nozzle for adjusting the injection direction of jet water downward more than an ordinary swing, and is formed by attaching a lever lock means 44 for locking a trim operation lever 43 on a grip position to a steering wheel 14. When gripping the trim operation lever by fingers of a hand gripping the steering wheel, a lever of the lever lock means can be almost simultaneously operated and locked by the fingers. Thus, the operation frequency of the left hand for swinging the nozzle can be finished in two times. Since the trim operation lever can increase operation force, the nozzle can be quickly swung.
