<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door run channel for vanishingly reducing an impulsive sound generated when completely closing door glass. <P>SOLUTION: This door run channel is fitted in an inner peripheral end part of a sash part 7 of an automobile door, and has a cross-sectional almost U-shaped groove part M for housing the lifting door glass G, and seals a space between a door and the door glass G by elastically contacting a seal lip part 5 respectively projecting from a car inside wall part 8 and a car outside wall part 9 with both surfaces of the door glass G among the car inside wall part 8, a base wall part 2 and the car outside wall 9 for forming the groove part M. A car inside part and a car outside part of the base wall part 2 are formed as an inside thick part 2a and an outside thick part 2b formed thicker than a thin part 2c being an intermediate part, and an inside lip part 3 and an outside lip part 4 are erected so as to elastically contact with the sash part 7 from the respective inside thick part 2a and outside thick part 2b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
