<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct liquid-type writing utensil which is free from the breaking-off of a handwriting and the possibilities of failing to write, even when there is a sudden pressure change aboard an airplane or a low level of ink residue inside an ink tank, and further, secures a sufficient ink storage space and a smooth writing operation for a long time while increase of a manufacturing cost is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: This writing utensil is structured of a small space 31 and a large space 32 formed by a partition part 6 inside an ink tank 3 with a barrel core hole 61, opened in the partition part 6, through which the rear end part of an ink guide member 5 is inserted. Thus the ink is directly supplied into the rear end part of the ink guide member 5 from the large space 32 and not directly supplied into the ink guide member 5 located inward in the diametral direction from inside the small space 31. In addition, a tubular part 7 protruding to the large space 32 side is formed on the rear face of the partition part 6 excepting the barrel core hole 61, and a large diameter hole 8 is formed inside the tubular part 71. Besides, a small diameter hole 9 having a smaller cross-section area than the large diameter hole 8 is formed in the partition part 6 excepting the tubular part 71. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
