PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent attachment of electrification accelerating particles to the surface of an all black part of a printed image in a no-cleaner injection electrification using the electrification accelerating particles. SOLUTION: Toner is supplied first to a photoreceptor drum surface by rotating a developing sleeve in the opposite direction to the photoreceptor drum, and then the electrification accelerating particles are fed.
