<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toll receiving system capable of confirming the combination of an on-vehicle device used in a transit exit with an ID card in a transit entrance. <P>SOLUTION: This toll receiving system has an outlet way-side device set in the transit exit 51 of a first line 50 and an entrance way-side device set in the transit entrance 62 of a second line 50. The exit way-side device communicates with the on-vehicle device 70 provided on a vehicle passing through the transit exit 51 to record the identification number of the on-vehicle device 70 and the information of the transit exit 51 in a removable storage medium 80 mounted on the on-vehicle device 70. The entrance way-side device communicates with the on-vehicle device 70 provided on the vehicle passing through the transit entrance 62, confirms that the identification number of the on-vehicle device 70 stored in the storage medium 80 is matched to the identification number of the on-vehicle device 70 of the vehicle passing through the transit entrance by comparison, and further confirms the information of the transit exit 51 to determine that the vehicle passing through the transit entrance 62 is a transit vehicle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
