PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell board made of a material sheet which has not been heretofore manufactured being thick or thick in a product entirety in addition to the sheet, has high strength and rigidity and has a level capable of being replaced instead of a veneer for a concrete placing form. SOLUTION: A plastic cell board which is obtained by laminating a flat back sheet on a bottom of a cap of a cap sheet having many cap-like recesses by thermoforming a plastic sheet and laminating an another flat plastic liner sheet on top surfaces of the caps, is provided. The plastic cell board which has a thickness (Tc) of the cap sheet (1) of 0.5 mm or more, a thickness (Tb) of the back sheet (2) of 0.5 mm or more, a thickness (T1) of the liner sheet (3) of 0.5 mm or more, a cap diameter (D) of 10.0 mm or more, a height (H) of 8.0 mm or more, and hence a thickness (Tt) of the product of 9.5 mm or more and in which the shape of the cap is a truncated conical or pyramidal shape having a taper inclined at 3-20°to a central axis, is provided.
