PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image information recording system which effectively displays image data by referring to date and hour information, and also to provide an image information recording method, an image display program and an information recording medium. SOLUTION: This image information recording system is provided with a means 4a for developing an developed negative film 2a provided by a customer 2, a means 4c for reading image data by using a film scanner, a means 4c for extracting date and hour information projected into the image data, a means 4d for writing the image data, the date and hour information, musical piece audio data and a program for image display, and a means 4e for storing the musical piece audio data or the like. The program for image display makes a computer operate as a means which refers to the date and hour information to rearrange the image data in order of date and hour and as a means which slidingly displays image based on the image data on a displaying means in order of the date and hour, and also makes a speaker emit musical piece audio based on the musical piece audio data selected in synchronization with slide display.
