PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device, a communication system, and a communication processing program for reducing disadvantage when a user of a communication terminal conducts call-backs or the like. SOLUTION: A cellular phone terminal 20 whose line is connected to an information providing system 10 outputs ringing tones. The cellular phone terminal 20 counts the number of ringing until disconnection processing for the line to the information providing system 10 is conducted. When the disconnection processing is conducted, the cellular phone terminal 20 records a call termination history including the number of times of ringing into a call termination history data storage unit 22. Then, when the number of ringing of a call termination history for which a call-back should be conducted is equal to or less than a predetermined number, the cellular phone terminal 20 outputs alarm display. Moreover, when the call-back is conducted to this telephone number, the cellular phone terminal 20 performs origination processing without a caller ID. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
