PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent information from being illegally acquired and deciphered for inputting/outputting information in a communication network for providing various services between a server and an intelligent terminal. SOLUTION: For inputting/outputting information over a communication network between at least one intelligent terminal and a server for providing various services, the server has various kinds of ciphering programs, various kinds of deciphering programs, a selection program, and a value information memory area. The intelligent terminal has a plurality of ciphering programs, a plurality of deciphering programs, a selection program, and a value information memory area.
